Marva M. Dudley is the Owner and CEO of M.A. Per Diem Services, Inc., a legal support services company with offices in Queens and Brooklyn. Her firm provides per diem attorneys to cover court appearances in New York City, Nassau County, and Suffolk County, along with mobile notary and paralegal services for both consumers and businesses.
A paralegal with over 30 years of experience, Ms. Dudley specializes in criminal defense, estate planning, real estate, and Surrogate’s Court matters. For her, paralegal work is more than a profession—it is a passion. She is deeply committed to raising awareness about estate planning and Surrogate’s Court matters (including probate and administration) within communities of color. As she often says, “Planning for the inevitable goes far beyond having a life insurance policy.”
A proud Queens native, Ms. Dudley was born in Flushing and raised in Fresh Meadows, where she continues to reside. She is an HBCU graduate, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from North Carolina Central University. In addition to running her business, she is
actively involved in her community, serving as a member of the Queens Hospital Center Community Advisory Board, Queens Community Board 8, Friends of Cunningham Park, and as President of the Flushing Suburban Civic Association.
Ms. Dudley is also the founder of the nonprofit Girls NYC Basketball and the COO of Practice More Talk Less.
